Product & Coaching Terms and Conditions
The following COACHING TERMSÂ and CONDITIONSÂ are subject to change at any time and at the sole discretion of the Site owner and operator. Please visit the site regularly for updates.
COACHING TERMS and CONDITIONS
Coaching fees are paid as a retainer in advance of services to be rendered.
Unless otherwise noted, all session are 45 minutes in length.
MONTHLY COACHING CONDITIONS
Payment via credit card is made at the beginning of each month for services to be rendered!
Startup commitment of three-months is our initial commitment to each other. Â Our commitment will continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial term and agreement expires!
There are 3 sessions per month, unless otherwise agreed upon.
CANCELLATION
All appointments require 24 hours notice on cancellations or changes to appointment times.  Anything less than 24 hours will be considered a missed or cancelled appointment. Under no circumstances will full or partial refunds be issues for missed or cancelled appointments appointments or sessions that are not attended on time.

Products are delivered via email for download or through our membership site located at http://restauraurantprofitandperformance.com/member. Â You will receive your login information or the actual product for download via email within 15 minutes of your purchase.
REFUND
All products have at minimum a 30 day, no questions asked refund policy. Â If you are NOT 100% satisfied for any reason please email [email protected] and we will issue you a refund.
