What is a Ghost Kitchen?

Basically, it’s a delivery-only food concept that’s sold exclusively online and through delivery apps.

STORE

It can be your website, any of the third-party sites that your guests are already ordering from, or a combination of both.

KITCHEN

You just need a place to cook your food, and that place does not need to cook one type of cuisine anymore.

STORE FRONT

This is totally optional. You can add a concept to your existing location or use another person’s location.

DELIVERY

Delivery drivers are on-demand. Meaning, they are available when you need them and off your payroll when you don’t.

If I could have opened up a ghost kitchen 13 years ago, I would not have needed to raise close to a million dollars to get a restaurant open, and now you don’t.
