Simple menu. Easy ordering. Fast service. The kind of place I’d eat at weekly.

This past weekend, I went back. 😬😬

They added wraps. Big bowls. Little bowls. Build-your-own options. Loyalty programs that didn’t work. Menu items with confusing Hawaiian names and no descriptions.

It used to take me 2 minutes to order now here I was 10 minutes in and everyone was frustrated and I felt embarrassed in front of my friends.

Your customers are coming to your restaurant because something in their life is busy. They want good food and an easy experience and definitely don’t confuse your customers.
