If you don’t have a plan – no, a clear plan – then how do you expect others to follow your vision? If you don’t set expectations – no, clear expectations – for your employees, then how will they know exactly what you want from them?

I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. The more clear you get, the more effective the people around you become! There are no muddy waters or gray areas. Only clear waters, clean map, and a path to move forward to success.
