“They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.” – Andy Warhol
Cliche alert!
It may seem as though time fixes everything (after all, it does heal all wounds, right?) but in your restaurant business, it’s YOU that makes the change – not time. All the time in the world isn’t going to make your business better.
Growth, success, accomplishment – it all generally happens when we step out of our comfort zone, but you’re the one who has to make the choice to take a step towards that success.
Action STEP:
Find something that you’re uncomfortable with that you know would have an impact on your restaurant business. Do SOMETHING to help you change that behavior – read a book, a blog, or listen to a podcast.
