“Forever is composed of nows.” – Emily Dickinson
There’s a saying – yesterday is gone, today is almost over and tomorrow isn’t promised.
We tend to look to the future for absolutely everything. I’ll revamp the menu when I have more information, I’ll look at these resumes tomorrow. Stop. Just stop. The best way to achieve any kind of goal is to set it and move toward it every single day. It doesn’t matter if you’re making giant running leaps towards it or you scrunch up your toes and inch toward it.
Action STEP:
What’s the one thing you’ve been putting off? Write that at the top of a piece of paper. Determine what steps you’ll have to take to make that happen then schedule those into your calendar so you can make consistent progress towards your goal.
