I’m happy to have the chance to answer this question because it comes up a lot… Should you incentivize your employees? My quick reply: JUST DO IT!

There are so many pros to offering an incentive program to your employees including employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, increased profits. But before you dive in, there are a few dos and don’ts you need to pay attention to and I go over those in today’s training video.
