Opening a restaurant can be a very exciting time, but it can also be one of the scariest.  I want to share with you How to Open a Restaurant without making one of the biggest Start Up Mistakes.

Having done this a few times myself and then having worked with dozens of others during the restaurant start up and concept development phase, there are quite a few common mistakes that are made a little too often, but one stands out as the biggest.
