If you tell me that you want to increase sales, I’ve got nothing for you. You’ve probably been telling everyone that goal for months or years and not much has happened, right?
But if you say, I want to increase sales from $65,000 per month to $75,000 per month by June 1, 2017 – NOW you have something to work with.
You can list the ideas to make that goal actually happen within the time frame you’ve allotted.
